This apartment is Located in Piazza del Mercato Centrale 15, on the 1st floor without elevator of a small building. There are 20 steps to reach the apartment.
"Michelangelo" is composed by 2 double rooms with orthopedics springs and mattresses (double beds or single beds on request), 1 bathroom with bath tub and 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with 1 sofa single bed, table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, 4 electric hot plates, freezer and fridge.
The apartment is provided with a small terrace, air conditioning, heating, safe, free wireless internet connection, satellite TV in every room, hairdryer, Moka and American coffee maker, toaster, iron, washing machine, electrical system with 110 volts US-type sockets.
The rate is per apartment up to 4 persons, possibility to add 3 single beds at the extra daily cost of Euro 10,00 each. |

HOW TO REACH US
 Arrival by Train
Take the left exit from the station, go down into the underground passage and come out into Piazza dell'Unità Italiana, then take the Via Sant'Antonino and walk straight on until you reach the Piazza del Mercato Centrale (Central Market).
 Arrival by car
If you come on the motorway, take the first exit that you find and head for "Centro Città / Stazione Santa Maria Novella". Follow the signs until you reach Via Nazionale and after continuing along this road for about 100 metres, turn left into Via Guelfa. After about 70 metres you turn right into Via Panicale, the take the first on the left (Via Taddea) and the right into Via Rosina. It is just another 30 metres before you turn left and into the Piazza del Mercato Centrale.
 Arrival by plane
From Florence Airport, take the "shuttle bus" that brings you to Piazza della Stazione and from there follow the same directions as for tohose arriving by train. Or take a Taxi all the way to Piazza del Mercato Centrale on the corner with Borgo la Noce.

HELPFULL INFORMATION
Rates & Payments
The rates are intended per apartment including energy consumption and final cleaning.
It is agreed that the apartment needs to be left cleaned and in order as delivered in particular the kitchen area (stove, sink, refrigerator and dishes) and all garbage removed, otherwise a 30 Euro charge will be deducted.
A credit card number or a cash deposit of Euro150,00 is required at check in.
The deposit will be returned after a control from our staff, that no damage has occurred.
On the contrary, If damages are noticed, repair cost will be charged.
Animals admitted on request at the extra cost of Euro 30,00.
Possibility to add an extra bed at the extra cost of Euro 10,00.
All our apartments are provided with free wireless internet connection, on request free use of our laptop during our guests stay.
