"Lorenzo" is a composed by 2 double rooms with orthopedics springs and mattresses, a bathroom with shower and a living room with sofa bed (2 single beds) and a fully equipped cooking area with microwave oven, 4 electric hot plates, fridge.
The apartment is provided with air conditioning, heating, safe, free wireless internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, hairdryer, Moka and American coffee maker, toaster, iron, machinenwashing, electrical system with 110 volts US-type sockets.
The rate is per apartment up to 4 persons, possibility to add 2 single beds at the extra daily cost of Euro 10,00 each.

COMO ENCONTRARNOS
 Arrival by Train
Take the left exit from the station, go down into the underground passage and come out into Piazza dell'Unità Italiana, then take the Via Sant'Antonino and walk straight on until you reach the Piazza del Mercato Centrale (Central Market).
 Arrival by car
If you come on the motorway, take the first exit that you find and head for "Centro Città / Stazione Santa Maria Novella". Follow the signs until you reach Via Nazionale and after continuing along this road for about 100 metres, turn left into Via Guelfa. After about 70 metres you turn right into Via Panicale, the take the first on the left (Via Taddea) and the right into Via Rosina. It is just another 30 metres before you turn left and into the Piazza del Mercato Centrale.
 Arrival by plane
From Florence Airport, take the "shuttle bus" that brings you to Piazza della Stazione and from there follow the same directions as for tohose arriving by train. Or take a Taxi all the way to Piazza del Mercato Centrale on the corner with Borgo la Noce.

INFORMACIÓN
Precios y Tarifas
Los precios son por apartamento y los gastos de consumo y limpieza final están incluídos.
El apartamento debe dejarse tal y como fue entregado; sobretodo los fuegos de la cocina, el fregadero y la vajilla deben dejarse limpios sino se deberán pagar 30 euros.
Se solicita un número de tarjeta de crédito como garantía o un depósito de 150 euros en efectivo al momento de la entrega de las llaves.
Este depósito será enteramente restituído a la salida después de que nuestro personal verifique que no se haya provocado ningún daño en el apartamento, si éste no fuese el caso, nos veremos obligados a cargar la cantidad necesaria para cubrir los gastos por desperfectos.
Se admiten animales, bajo solicitud previa, con una gasto extra de 30 euros por gastos de limpieza.
Posibilidad de añadir una cama extra al coste de 10 euros al día.
Todos nuestros apartamentos están dotados de conexión inalámbrica a internet. Este servicio es gratuíto y en caso de que no tengan su portátil, podemos poner uno a su disposición para toda su estancia sin ningún gasto extra.
