Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'aout 2010 dans l'appartement caterina. Tout est parfait dans cet appartement, très bien situé au coeur de Florence, à proximité de tout (gare, marché, centre ville). Les photos diffusées sur le site sont tout a fait conformes à la réalité. L'accueil est parfait, en un mot rien a redire, a recommander sans problème. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

We stayed in the Beatrice for 5 nights and were extremely pleased with the location. Jean was very helpful with information about the sights, a map and even allowing us to stay a fifth night when we were unable to travel due to a tranportation strike. He made reservations for us at the Uffizi and Accademia museums prior to our arrival also. Thanks for all of your help Jean.

Our family stayed at the Beatrice apartment and found it to be very clean and comfortable. It is very quiet. We had a little difficulty finding it initially but it was worth it. It is centrally located and within easy walking distances to all the sight seeing. Wonderful shopping is located right outside the door. The restaurant serves wonderful food.

We stayed in the Dante apartment for 2 nights in late June. The apartment was fantastic. Jean was very helpful with all of the arrangements beforehand, always promptly answering emails. Once we arrived, he was quite helpful. We loved the location close to San Lorenzo Market. We would definitely recommend Florence Apartments Central for anyone looking for a great place to stay in a great location.

The apartment - Michaelangelo was very comfortable and ideally located to explore Florence. The host had taken special care to decorate it with quality linen from India - giving it a very homely touch !! The host Mr Jean was excellent, very warm and helpful in meeting us on the road while we were searching for the meeting point. He is surely an asset to the organisation wherever he works. We fully enjoyed our stay at Florence & the Italian hospitality which was just natural and unconditional !!

We stayed here in November of 2008 and it was PERFECT! Lots of space, a kitchenette so we could save on food, and Jean was outstandingly helpful, getting us last-minute tickets to the Uffizi and Accademia when we'd failed to book ahead.
For historic sightseeing the Lorenzo apartment is ideally situated in the middle of all the historic sights, and if (when?) I go to Florence again I wouldn't hesitate to stay in one of these apartments!

Just came back from the spring of Firenze to never ending winter of Finland. But week 11/2010 in apartment Caterina was worth of hard travelling, we enjoy and strongly recommend the same for each and every young (near 60 y) lovers like us. Caterina was ideal for two and it's location is splendid. Special thanks to Jean and whole staff of Garibardi for excellent service and warm attitude. If Jean can arrange an elevator to Il Giglio, we may come back soon.
We may come back in every case.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Fiorino. Appartamento confortevole, la posizione è centralissima e oltretutto a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Unica nota nel caso aveste molti bagagli...l'appartamento è al terzo piano, non c'è ascensore e le scale sono piuttosto scomode, con gradini stretti. Il personale si è dimostrato veramente gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento "Il Fiorino", l'appartamento era incantevole e soprattutto in posizione strategica per la stazione, i principali monumenti e i servizi pubblici.
Eccellente la cucina del ristorante "Da Garibardi", una trippa e una bistecca alla fiorentina indimenticabili!
Se torniamo a firenze torniamo anch da voi!

I really enjoy my stay in the Florence Aparments Central. Well located within walking distance of most amenities and place if interest.
In particular I would like to thanks the host Jean who take the trouble to come all
the way to meet us when we are lost driving around the town on the date of arrival. He also give us some very useful tips and information about place of interest around Florence.

A cozy apartment in the center of town, perfect for two people. The location is fantastic: very close to the Central Market and walking distance to everything of interest. It is not even very noisy. Also very professionally managed.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment,it was in a great location and the apartment was very clean and spacious.

fantastic location,great apartment,value for money.
The markets are downstairs and set up early in the morning,but if you close the windows and put on the a/c its no problem.

It was a fantastic apartment, newly beautifully refurnished and with a air conditioning that turned out to be vital. We had almost 40 degrees all week.
The central location gives it an extra +.
Only disadvantage could be if you have problems to climb all the stairs.

Appartamento Beatrice is a great place to stay with children. It is quiet, clean, and all the places you would want to visit in Florence are an easy walk away. Between Jean Luis' office across the street, and the Trattoria a few doors down the street, someone is there nearly all the time should you have questions. Jean was great about calling for a taxi and making sure everything in the apartment was working. It was a great visit to Florence. Our children especially liked the apartment.
